This was taken earlier this year. The lights had been off since the quake, but on October 1, the lights came back to the expressways. I’m quite happy so that now I can go out and shoot them again.

This is one of the junctions which I have difficulty in capturing nicely.

Luckily, the maintenance of Nihonbashi Bridge, which is seen beyond the overpass,
was over and the blue sheets that covered it had gone. Good.

When you stand at the riverside, the overpass is so high.
But, once you stand on the riverbank,
it’s so close that you can almost touch its bottom.
