03/10/2012: Reborn #creative366project on Flickr.
A couple of days after the day when that great earthquake hit, I shot Sanshuyu (Cornus officinalis) flowers: bit.ly/y44vz3. I was devastated by the repeatedly broadcast news on the earthquake, so I needed to breathe the fresh air. I tuned of the TV, went to the park nearby, and saw them starting to bloom. One year has past since then. I went to see those flower again. Camera: Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH2 Lens: Canon Macro Lens New FD 50mm f/3.502/26/2012: New Life #creative366project on Flickr.
I took a walk in the nearby park. Not the one near the hospital, but the one near my home. The lens I brought with me was a macro lens, which I didn’t have at the hospital because I didn’t think I would need it for shooting nurses :p Anyway, these are the bud of field mustard. They were starting to bloom.

Visited Setagaya Park last week. It was right after the rain and the leaves looked glowing in the mild lighting.

Took a walk in Setagaya Park located in Ikejiri, Setagaya, Tokyo. I like the softness that my Nokton has created. I can’t go with the full wide aperture during the daytime, but at darker places the views through the lens look nice.
